The appointee will provide academic registry services support and frontline counter services for self-funded undergraduate programmes offered by the College of International Education (CIE) at the Shatin Shek Mun Campus. The appointee is required to assist in areas such as programme admission and registration, record keeping, timetabling, tuition fee handling, and student activities.
Requirements
- Holder of Associate Degree / Higher Diploma with at least one year of work experience; OR
- Possession of HKCEE 5 passes including English Language (at least Grade C if Syllabus A / Level 2 from 2007) and Chinese Language (at least Level 2 from 2007), or at least 5 subjects attaining Level 2 in HKDSE including English Language and Chinese Language, or Yi Jin graduates, with more work experience;
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Putonghua);
- Good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Proficiency in computer applications including MS Office application (both English and Chinese);
- Be able to work both independently and in a team.
