Role Overview

The Enterprise System Operations team under System & Network Operations department is responsible for managing the round-the-clock, 24x7 operations of HKEX enterprise systems. We play a critical role to ensure high system availability for Market operations, while we continuously modernize and enhance the team process to improve operational efficiency and support our future business needs.

What You Will Do

Monitor system performance and availability, provide first-level support, assist in identifying basic issues, and perform routine tasks such as running batch processes and handling deployments.

Requirements

• High Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline
• Basic understanding of operating systems (Linux/Windows) and networking concepts
• Exposure to scripting (Bash/Python/PowerShell) is an added advantage
• Familiarity with application servers or databases is a plus
• Strong willingness to learn and ability to follow procedures carefully
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
