Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Analysis Lead to lead our eMPF business reconciliation team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of MPF business, strong people management capabilities, and a proven track record in project management, SQL skills and business analysis.

Requirements

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of at least 10 business analysts/developers
• Utilize in-depth knowledge of MPF regulations, operations, and industry practices
• Ensure compliance with relevant MPF guidelines and standards
• Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of deliverables of the team
• Coordinate with various stakeholders to align goals and expectations
• Develop and present detailed business reconciliation specifications and SQL scripts
• Collaborate with IT and other departments to implement effective solutions
• Prioritize tasks and manage multiple tasks simultaneously to meet tight deadlines
