Technician (Field Operations, Installation & Maintenance)

This position involves field installation, maintenance, and service delivery for Voice, Data, Broadband, Green Mini Bus, and Smart Parking Meter services. The technician will follow procedures, handle customer inquiries, and assist with shift and standby duty. They will also provide feedback to supervisors.

Requirements

• HKCEE / HKDSE or equivalent
• Knowledge in telecommunication services
• Customer-focused with problem-solving skills
• Independent work and good communication skills
