Manufacturing Technician

We are looking for a qualified Manufacturing Technician to support production operations across both the machine shop and weld shop. The Manufacturing Technician will set up machines, perform finishing processes, load and unload materials, and maintain a safe and efficient work environment.

Requirements

• Set up machines using work orders, blueprints, and engineering specifications
• Install and adjust tooling, chucks, and fixtures
• Perform finishing processes including deburring, sandblasting, shot peening, and painting
• Load, unload, and move materials using forklifts or overhead cranes
• Package parts for shipment and maintain material flow between departments
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of shop and work areas
• Perform basic equipment maintenance and report issues as needed
• Follow all safety, quality, and company procedures
• Document production activities and communicate effectively between shifts
