Job Description
Galileo Global Education is seeking a part-time company lawyer/legal counsel/business lawyer to join their headquarters in Munich. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for legal matters for the German companies of the group and will advise and support the companies in all legal matters.
Requirements
- Completed study of law or economics with a degree of LL.B. or LL.M
- Professional experience in a law firm or the legal department of a company
- Thorough knowledge of contract, company and real estate law
- Good understanding of economic relationships
- Contract and negotiation-secure German and English knowledge in word and writing
