Requirements
- Successfully completed studies in computer science, business informatics or business administration, or comparable technical training or qualification (e.g. application development specialist)
- Knowledge in IT service management (ITIL orientation) and agile approaches (e.g. Scrum)
- Minimum three years of work experience in the support of enterprise applications, system analysis, and requirement management
- Desirable experiences in data evaluation per SQL, in application programming (e.g..NET) and in a ticket and/or change management system
- Knowledge in connected IT infrastructure
- A high degree of customer- and service-orientedness, as well as a sense of responsibility
- Developed teamwork and communication skills, as well as strong analytical skills. Negotiation-proof German and good English skills
