About the role

Provide personal healthcare and related services as an extension of nursing or therapy services to patients in their place of residence.

Requirements

High School Graduate
CNA certification in a hospital, nursing home, or home health agency
Current driver's license
Reliable transportation and valid auto liability insurance
Ability to read, write, and verbally report clinical information
Interest in the welfare of the ill and elderly
Ability to work a flexible schedule and travel locally
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and move patients
