Home Condition Surveyor

Join us in our fantastic role of Home Condition Surveyor and support us to deliver on our customer promise through providing high standards of repairs and a safe place to live for our customers.

Requirements

• HND/HNC in a relevant construction discipline or equivalent professional experience
• Good knowledge of stock condition surveys and using information and data to inform planned maintenance programmes
• Knowledge of housing repairs, improvements, building regulations and the housing health and safety rating system (HHSRS)
• Eye for detail, comfortable working on your own in our customers' homes and managing your own workload
• Full current driving licence
• Ability to use technology for completing surveys and collecting robust data
