Home Condition Surveyor position at Home Group, responsible for carrying out stock condition surveys, working with maintenance surveyors, and providing advice to customers on home maintenance and energy usage.
Requirements
- An HND/HNC in a relevant construction discipline or equivalent professional experience.
- A good knowledge of stock condition surveys and using information and data to inform planned maintenance programmes.
- Knowledge of housing repairs, improvements, building regulations and the housing health and safety rating system (HHSRS).
