Job Description
Join Home Group as our Mental Health Practice Lead and shape our service to deliver brilliant long-term outcomes for vulnerable people through integrating health, housing, and care. As an experienced clinician, you'll lead on practice development, support and develop our team, and promote regular, honest, and supportive feedback.
Requirements
- Registered Mental Health Nurse, Occupational Therapist, or Social Worker
- Ability to develop and deliver specialist training packages
- Clinical supervision to the team and facilitate Reflective Practice sessions
- Inspire others and advocate a person-centred philosophy of care
- Valid Enhanced DBS check
