Weekend Care Assistant

We're looking for caring, dedicated individuals to join us as part of our team as a Weekend Care Professional, providing compassionate, personalised support to help older adults live comfortably and independently in their own homes.

Requirements

• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with personal care such as washing and dressing
• Support with meal preparation and dietary needs
• Carry out light housekeeping and home help tasks
• Deliver specialised care for clients with dementia or other conditions
• Monitor and report on client well-being
