Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience in analytics, with measurable business impact
- Advanced SQL skills and experience with modern analytics and CRM stacks
- Deep experience with pipeline analytics
- AI-assisted proficiency in Python for modeling and analysis workflows
- Demonstrated ability to model business impact
- Experience building scalable, self-serve analytics tools
- Exceptional communication and storytelling
- Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, RevOps, and Finance in a high-growth SaaS or subscription environment
- Demonstrated AI fluency
