Edina Realty is seeking a Sales Manager to lead their dynamic teams in Hudson and River Falls, WI sales offices. The successful candidate will have excellent recruiting and retention abilities to propel the offices to the next level.

Requirements

• Represent and manage operations and sales for real estate branch offices
• Recruit, select, train, motivate, coach and retain sales associates
• Develop, recommend, and implement programs and long-range objectives to achieve profitability
• Manage employee safety, selection and development, employee counseling and motivation, and salary administration
