We are looking for a structured and independent person in the Finance Operations department to create ancillary cost invoices for the outlet center and over 60 tenants, and perform operational accounting, invoicing, and cash flow tasks.
Requirements
- Completed commercial training (e.g. office clerk, industrial clerk, tax clerk) or comparable
- Proven practice in ancillary cost accounting, ideally commercial properties/centers/property management
- Good Excel knowledge
- High independence, sense of responsibility and accuracy
- Very good German knowledge; English skills for communication/documents desirable
