A fast-moving local Insurance Group is looking for a Director of Brokerage Channel to drive the Brokers business.

Requirements

Achieve the sales targets of Brokerage Channel, manage its P&L and prepare sales & budget plans
Penetrate the brokers network and build the relationship & strive for business excellence
Formulate and implement business development initiatives to different target segments including local customers and MCV customers
Develop promotion and marketing campaigns to enhance the relationship with business partners so as to enable the business growth
Build various systems on sales support, training and coaching to business partners
Work cross functionally to drive and enhance the operational processes which support the growth of the brokerage business
Assist in planning, budgeting, organizing and executing the marketing strategies, promotions and events
Gather market intelligence and contribute to overall product and marketing strategies of Well Link Life
Monitor sales and operation functions to ensure all business activities comply with internal and external regulatory requirements
Lead the team to achieve the business targets and provide sales team management and coach account managers to develop relevant knowledge and skills
