Maintenance Supervisor

Hood Industries, Inc is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for our Beaumont, Mississippi plywood facility to supervise the maintenance staff and coordinate department activities within the mill, diagnose equipment failures, and oversee the repair of problems as they arise.

Requirements

• Champion a culture of reliability within the maintenance department
• Supervise and coach maintenance team
• Manage inventory of spare parts
• Ensure the safety of all employees and contractors
• Communicates regularly with team and management
• Reviews the operation of plant equipment and systems
• Implements projects that improve efficiency and/or reduce operating costs
• Maintains all maintenance related compliance documentation
