Requirements

• Experience in outbound sales or business development, preferably in software, compliance, fintech, identity, or other regulated industries
• Understanding of how to sell complex or technical products to business customers
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in either English or Korean
• Organized, disciplined, and focused on measurable results
• Resilience and consistency when facing rejection
• Ownership of targets and treating pipeline like own business
