
Job description
Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows-based computers and peripheral devices. Assist with design of desktop applications and wireless/network solutions.
Troubleshoot common desktop and user problems, develop resolution strategies, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Must have intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Professional Suite, knowledge of Microsoft Office software, and ability to troubleshoot common desktop and user problems.
