
Job description
The HR Generalist is responsible for maintaining a compliant and supportive work environment by overseeing labor law adherence, workplace investigations, and the development of internal policies and job descriptions. This role manages complex employee support systems, including FMLA, disability accommodations, workers' compensation claims, and specialized benefit programs.
Investigates and helps resolve employee complaints and workplace issues, assesses emerging labor laws, writes and updates job descriptions, and oversees the interactive process for FMLA and ADA.
You will be a strategic anchor for the HR department, ensuring that the foundational elements of the employee experience are governed with precision and expert judgment. You will lead employee engagement initiatives, resolve high-stakes issues, and make complex regulatory requirements feel seamless for staff.
