Integration Analyst II

Role Overview

The Integrations Analyst supports and coordinates the implementation and operational needs of various systems and services. This role involves documentation, technical implementation, communication, and maintenance of integration systems. Security and privacy are vital in this work, as it involves access to and reviews of electronic personal health information (ePHI).

What You Will Do

Manage technical documentation, coordinate meetings, participate in project calls, provide support for client connectivity or data issues, and generate reports and documentation. Assist with employee training and identify opportunities for process improvement or automation.

Why It Might Be a Fit

This role requires strong technical skills, including knowledge of HL7 interface engine technologies, data normalization, and multiple database platforms. Experience with project management methodologies, cloud services, and healthcare industry knowledge is also required.

Requirements

• BA/BS in MIS, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or other technical fields
• 3+ years clinical interface support, data management, database integrations, and data analysis
• 2+ years HL7, web services, XML, X12, 837/839, APIs, FHIR, SOAP, JSON
• 3+ years IT systems, networking, or infrastructure operations including troubleshooting connectivity issues
