The Campus Director provides leadership, community development, fundraising, and vocational training options to their local campus, with a focus on spiritual growth and discipleship.

Requirements

• Minimum Experience: Mid-level
• Advanced knowledge of the Bible
• Working knowledge of Celebrate Recovery 12 steps and 8 Principles (Beatitudes)
• Basic knowledge of human behavior
• Basic knowledge of A & D services and career advising and guidance
• General knowledge of teaching and instruction for individuals and group
• Convey information effectively
• Time Management
• Ability to handle complaints, settle disputes and resolve grievances
