The Campus Director provides leadership, community development, fundraising, and vocational training options to their local campus, with a focus on spiritual growth and discipleship.
Requirements
- Minimum Experience: Mid-level
- Advanced knowledge of the Bible
- Working knowledge of Celebrate Recovery 12 steps and 8 Principles (Beatitudes)
- Basic knowledge of human behavior
- Basic knowledge of A & D services and career advising and guidance
- General knowledge of teaching and instruction for individuals and group
- Convey information effectively
- Time Management
- Ability to handle complaints, settle disputes and resolve grievances
