Be the Leader Behind the Mission! As a Supervisor of Shelter Operations, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the shelter, supervise staff, and provide support to clients. You will also assist with fundraising, office duties, and other tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Associate's degree with related work experience considered
• Supervisor experience preferred
• Responsible and mature individual
• Excellent communication skills
• Reliable transportation
• Valid driver's license
• Proof of auto insurance coverage
• 40 Hours of domestic violence training
• Background check
• Confidentiality agreement
• Certified Domestic Violence Professional within one year of hire
