Job Coach, On-Call

Hope Services is seeking a Job Coach to provide individualized service to clients with developmental disabilities and mental health needs. The Job Coach will assess and remediate personal and social barriers, provide job-site training and intervention, and work closely with clients and employers to determine job training goals and ongoing success.

Requirements

• High School diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent
• One year of related experience working with people with disabilities in a rehabilitation environment
• Clear driving record and a valid Driver's License
