Requirements

• 7 years of experience in human resources, with at least 3 years in a strategic business partner role
• Proven track record of collaboration with senior executives to generate business results through effective HR strategies
• Strong knowledge of talent management, organizational development, performance management, and employee engagement practices
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influence skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization
