As a Senior Planner, you will be responsible for the Master Production Schedule, collaborating with field teams, and influencing strategic decisions. You will need to balance demand, capacity, and material availability to ensure reliable results while promoting operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- More than 5 years of experience in planning, ordering, or supply chain management in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
- Demonstrated experience in managing a Master Production Schedule in collaboration with sales, operations, supply chain, and logistics.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with clients and ability to communicate clearly and confidently.
- Ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization, from production floor to senior management.
- Proficiency in ERP, WMS, MRP systems, and ordering tools (a significant advantage).
- Experience using ordering levers to optimize operational KPIs.
- Experience in automating or digitizing planning processes.
- Experience collaborating with project management teams on large-scale initiatives (an advantage).
- Knowledge of Lean principles, capacity planning, and order execution processes.
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to transform data into concrete decisions.
