As the Senior HR Business Partner, you will serve as a strategic advisor and partner to leadership teams across various functions within Vention. You will drive HR initiatives that align with business goals, focusing on talent management, organizational development, employee engagement, and performance management.
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a strategic HRBP role.
- Proven track record of partnering with senior leaders to drive business outcomes through effective HR strategies.
- Strong knowledge of talent management, organizational development, performance management, and employee engagement practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and drive change in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making.
- Experience in a technology-driven or innovative environment is highly desirable.
