Linux Engineer

We are looking for a Linux Engineer with experience in Linux internals, device drivers, and system management at a server level. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of code development standards and a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering
• 5-10 years of related software development engineering experience
• Experience with service processors or embedded firmware on Linux
• Experience with ILOM or BMC management
• Knowledge of languages relevant to the development process, including Perl and/or Python, C/C++, Unix scripting.
• I2C/SPI/Ethernet/PCIE protocol understanding
• Experience working with lower level software for hardware (Firmware / Embedded)
• Very strong C development / Linux Environment
• Experience with Subversion, Git, and other software versioning tools
