Requirements

• Degree in pedagogy or care, such as Social Pedagogue, Healer Education Caregiver, Nurse for Psychiatry, Healthcare Nurse, or Social Work
• Experience in psychiatry
• Empathy, tact, and ability to build trusting relationships
• Organisation talent, careful documentation, and independent, responsible work
