2nd Shift Production Supervisor

Hormel Foods is seeking a 2nd Shift Production Supervisor to manage team members, lead and execute plant processes, and ensure production and quality goals are met. The successful candidate will have leadership skills, experience in a manufacturing environment, and be authorized to work in the United States.

Requirements

• 1+ year as a shift leader, shift supervisor, assistant manager, etc. OR Associates Degree
• Proven leadership, persuasive, initiative, analytical, and communication skills
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Applicants must not now, or at any time in the future, require employer sponsorship for a work visa
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer
