The Food Safety & Quality Manager will oversee SPC, Food Safety Plans, and company programs, responsible for food safety and quality of finished products. The role will establish, document, and maintain QC programs and specifications, provide leadership in quality systems, and mentor quality control personnel. The manager will ensure plant compliance with regulatory, corporate, and customer requirements, communicate with operations personnel, and lead the development of effective standard sanitation operating procedures and food safety modernization act programs.
