Operations Coordinator – Maintenance & Implementations

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience (operations, maintenance or facilities management is a plus)
• Higher education degree (Civil Engineering is a plus)
• Strong analytical skills, with hands-on experience using Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel
• Proven ability to optimize processes and manage costs, including budget control, supplier negotiation and performance tracking
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders
