Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience (operations, maintenance or facilities management is a plus)
- Higher education degree (Civil Engineering is a plus)
- Strong analytical skills, with hands-on experience using Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel
- Proven ability to optimize processes and manage costs, including budget control, supplier negotiation and performance tracking
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders
