Host

The Host is responsible for welcoming guests, seating them, managing tables, and taking orders. This role involves providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean environment, and contributing to a positive dining experience. They are a key member of the restaurant team.

Requirements

• Greeting guests and placing them on a waiting list.
• Seating guests at tables and providing menus.
• Assigning tables to preferred guests and rotating tables efficiently.
• Answering phone calls and taking orders.
• Knowledge of the restaurant menu.
• Ability to work in a standing position.
• Ability to handle money accurately and operate a point-of-sale system.
