Job Description
Guest Relations Intern - Courtyard Amsterdam Arena Atlas, welcoming and assisting guests, ensuring a great first impression, supporting check-in and check-out processes, assisting in the Food & Beverage department, and providing hotel and local area information.
Requirements
- Minimum Experience: Entry-level
- Passionate about hospitality and guest service
- A student or recent graduate in Hospitality/Tourism
- Fluent in English (Dutch/other languages are a plus)
- Proactive, communicative, and able to multitask
