Principal Solution Architect

Role Overview

We are looking for a Principal Solution Architect to join our team, working within our agile teams focusing on design, impact analysis and outcome of our solutions. The Principal Solution Architect will lead the data solution architecture team and deploy our data architecture strategy.

What You Will Do

Ensure technological performance by design, right-sizing, scalability and reliability. Analyze technical trade-offs, contribute to scope definition, and define non-functional requirements.

Requirements

• Experienced in software or platform design and experience in E2E architecture solutions
• Bachelor or Master in Computer Science or a related degree
• Experience designing and implementing Architectures using different database and cache types and messaging technologies such as Kafka, Redis, Postgres or alternatives
• Experience working in hybrid-cloud environments including AWS and/or GCP
• Experience designing and implementing Distributed Systems
• Knowledge of continuous delivery processes and tools
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish
• Technical reference and leadership abilities
• Strong technical, logical, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and influencing skills
• Team player with an agile mind-set
• Able to work under pressure and with shifting priorities
• Ability to think outside the box, multi-task and efficiently managing time
• Good learning attitude
