Job Description
House Rx is seeking an On-Site Specialty Pharmacy Care Coordinator in Portland, ME to improve the patient experience by streamlining the specialty pharmacy process. The role involves prior authorizations, financial assistance processing, medication dispensing, and patient interaction. This is a key member of the Team.
Requirements
- Master of pharmacy technician skills
- Experience navigating specialty medication benefits investigation
- Proficiency in pharmacy software systems (QS1, ComputerRx, PioneerRx, WAM, etc.)
- Familiarity with specialty medications, including autoimmune, endocrinology, and oncology
- Initiative and teamwork skills
- Pharmacy technician or licensed practical nurse license required
