Role Overview

Join a team of professional home inspectors in Central Alberta. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, articulate, and follows a standard process to complete an accurate home inspection and report.

What You Will Do

Inspect residential home systems, climb ladders, walk on roofs, access crawl spaces and attics, and stand for long periods of time. Write reports, take photographs, and suggest improvements.

Requirements

• 2+ years of construction, real estate, or home repair experience
• Strong understanding of building codes, laws and government regulations
• Valid driver's license
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude
• Physically fit for climbing ladders, walk on roofs, access crawl spaces and attics, and stand for long periods of time
• Able to lift 50 lbs
