
Job description
A Home Inspector conducts a limited, non-invasive examination of a home's condition, often in connection with a sale. They prepare and deliver a written report to the client, describing the home's condition at the time of inspection. The inspector does not guarantee future condition, efficiency, or life expectancy of systems or components.
Perform home inspections, generate reports, and provide customer relations. Inspect all areas of the home, including attic, crawl space, and roof. Write clear, detailed reports with supporting images. Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and agents.
The ideal candidate has an attention to detail, can work well with people, has self-discipline, and is willing to work hard. Construction, electrical, plumbing, sales, or customer service experience is helpful but not required.
