Shift Production Manager

Hovis is looking for an experienced Production Operations Manager to lead a shift team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, responsible for delivering production targets safely, on time and to the required quality standards.

Requirements

• Leading and supervising a production team
• Delivering KPIs across safety, quality, output, waste and yield
• Managing attendance, performance and conduct
• Driving daily production plans and resolving issues in real time
• Ensuring compliance with food safety / GMP standards
• Maintaining accurate production and performance records
• Supporting continuous improvement activity
