Associate Vice President/Chief Strategy Officer for Enrollment Management and Student Success

We are seeking an Associate Vice President/Chief Strategy Officer to serve as a key strategic advisor to the Senior Vice President for Enrollment Management and Student Success. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated leadership and management experience in complex organizations, preferably within higher education or similarly mission-driven institutions. The Associate Vice President/Chief Strategy Officer will lead the development, implementation, and assessment of cross-functional strategies, initiatives, policies, and procedures that strengthen divisional operations and improve service delivery.

Requirements

• Serve as a key strategic advisor to the Senior Vice President for Enrollment Management and Student Success
• Coordinate and synchronize the work of units across the Enrollment Management and Student Success portfolio
• Manage the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the Office of the Senior Vice President for Enrollment Management and Student Success
• Lead the development, implementation, and assessment of cross-functional strategies, initiatives, policies, and procedures
