
Job description
As a Sales Coordinator, you will be the first contact with customers, explaining the features of Howden and the benefits of the advised sales process, to generate and refer a lead for the Sales Consultants. You will make high-volume outbound calls to meet an expected call and quality target.
Act as the first point of contact on call campaigns, ensure leads are correctly qualified, promote features and benefits of Howden, and achieve targets for productivity, quality, and compliance.
