Human Resources Generalist

Role Overview

The Human Resources Generalist supports daily HR operations for Howmet Wheel Systems' Barberton campus, partnering closely with supervisors, employees, and plant leadership. This role focuses on employee relations, recruiting support, onboarding, HR administration, and ensuring consistent application of policies and procedures.

What You Will Do

Provide day-to-day HR support to employees and supervisors, assist with employee relations issues, support recruiting efforts, maintain accurate HR records, administer attendance and corrective action processes, and coordinate new-hire orientation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
