
Job description
As a Collections Analyst, you will build strategic relationships with customers, understand their business models, and identify challenges in the payment process to improve HP and customer interlock and accelerate cash-flow.
Your day will consist of building relationships with customers, sending account statements, logging disputes, conducting critical calls, and following up with stakeholders for resolution.
You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse team, build relationships across teams and cultures, and have a close partnership with Credit Analysts, Sales, and Account Management teams.
