Act in the Research and Development sector, creating innovative technological solutions that transform management processes and optimize client results.
Requirements
- Propose and validate scalable architectures with the Tech Lead, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
- Code strategically, focusing on complex problem resolution and real value generation for the client.
- Act as a technical reference for Pleno and Junior developers.
- Be the guardian of quality standards, encouraging the use of unit tests and continuous integration (CI/CD).
- Identify opportunities for improvement in current processes and architectures.
- Communicate efficiently with stakeholders (Designers, POs, and managers).
- Balance technical needs with business objectives (critical sense).
