Job Description
Our client is a renowned retail group looking for an independent and strategic C&B talent to join their growing team. As a team lead of HR digitization & transformation, you will be responsible for identifying, analyzing and implementing optimising the HR systems for enhanced user experience.
Requirements
- 14+ years solid C&B experience in sizable organisations.
- Strong knowledge in employment ordinance, legislations and regulations in Hong Kong.
- Numerically sensitive, good business acumen with an analytical mind; high proficiency in Excel.
- Good leadership and project management skills, team players.
- Fluent in English and Cantonese.
