
Job description
The Executive Assistant is a key member of The Company's administrative support team, responsible for helping the company function with efficiency, organization, and purpose. The ideal candidate has strong organization and prioritization skills, is solution-focused, and works well with team members both in-person and virtually.
The Executive Assistant will perform a wide range of executive support activities and assistance to the President & CEO, including daily scheduling duties, preparing the CEO for meetings, coordinating travel itineraries, and supporting other Senior Management staff on projects.
The ideal candidate is trustworthy, reliable, and able to keep strict confidentiality. They have excellent organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and superb interpersonal skills. Experience in coordinating events, complex calendar management, and international travel is preferred.
