EHR Training and Support Analyst - EHR

HealthRIGHT 360 is seeking an EHR Training and Support Analyst to deliver high-quality training and responsive support for our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system. The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, and passionate about empowering staff through education and support.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Experience with EHR systems or comparable technology platforms
• Prior experience in training, teaching, or coaching others
• Strong organizational and time-management skills; ability to multitask effectively
• Clear, professional communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to troubleshoot problems independently and prioritize effectively
• Strong interpersonal skills, especially with diverse learners and teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer literacy
