Role Overview

The Business Development Director leads go-to-market initiatives across key growth areas, including Structural Heart, Artificial Intelligence (AI), hospital networks, and the expansion of our core Electrophysiology business. This leadership role involves close collaboration with the Chief Commercial Officer, serving as a key partner in driving commercial strategy and scaling high-impact business initiatives.

What You Will Do

Lead business development strategy and execution, identify and pursue new revenue opportunities, develop and execute account strategies, build and maintain senior-level relationships, and represent the company externally.
