Business Analyst

HSS SOFT is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer. We are seeking a Business Analyst to work on Payments projects with one of our clients in Tampa, FL. The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of experience in BA, knowledge of Payments systems, and experience with Mainframe, Java, and Messaging Queues.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of BA experience in Payments projects
• Knowledge of Payments systems and Payments messages (ISO20022, SWIFT, ACH, CHIPS, etc)
• Broad knowledge of technologies like Mainframe, Java, Messaging Queues, etc
• Strong oral and written communication skills and advanced presentation skills
• Experience working on development projects involving the above mentioned technologies
• C-Level Communications skills
• Ability to work closely with stakeholders to ensure each functional requirement is fulfilled
• Ability to conduct requirements analysis, design services, and architecture definition
• Ability to document Business and Functional & Non Functional Requirements
• Ability to perform impact analysis on system changes, batch processing's, and work with business and IT for resolution
• Ability to design review and Traceability matrix
• Ability to provide development support and testing
• Ability to address functional queries from development & testing team
• Ability to conduct system/functional walk through for development, testing and business teams
• Ability to interface with business and IT for issue resolution
• Ability to conduct functional testing, Solution assessment and validation
• Ability to support business with Go/No-go decisions
• Ability to prepare Software Release Note
