Pace Transportation Services is a full line Semi Trailer Dealer seeking customer-focused and growth-oriented individuals for an Outside Parts Sales position. The successful candidate will promote a positive sales culture, develop and maintain knowledge of inventory, account management, sales processes, and best industry practices.
Requirements
- High School Diploma (or GED) required, Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills and a proven sales record.
- Heavy-duty equipment distribution sales or related industry experience, preferred.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills; excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Outstanding active listening and persuasion skills; demonstrated ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization; demonstrated business acumen.
- MS Office Suite proficiency with ability to conduct basic database tasks in Excel.
- Experience with an ERP system and/or sales force automation tools, preferred.
