Service Sales Solution Manager

Huawei is seeking a Service Sales Solution Manager to develop and execute strategies for selling Huawei's service solutions portfolio to new and existing customers, and to build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• 5+ years in B2B solution design, preferably in the telecom, IT, or digital transformation space
• Experience in selling complex services, such as professional network optimization, managed services, 4G/5G/Fix Network Rollout
• Strong understanding of IT and telecom solutions
• Ability to articulate complex technical solutions and demonstrate their business value to non-technical stakeholders
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong communication skills in French and English
• Willingness to travel frequently to client sites for meetings, presentations, and events
